Quality Hot Mix Asphalt Installation Driveways Parking Lots
Driveways
This asphalt driveway was installed over white base rock that had been down for many years.
This was hot mix asphalt that was installed under a car port for dust control and to cut down on dirt being tracked into home.
Chip Seal
This was an old asphalt driveway that was still structurally sound but had a lot of cracks, driveway was edged to remove grass and completely cleaned, a few small areas were prepped and patched with hot mix asphalt. A hot liquid layer of CRS-2 with Polymer was applied and a thin layer of 3/8-1/2 inch grey colored chip granite rock was then spread over the hot oil and compacted.

Overlays
This was a resurface over an old existing asphalt road that was used by log trucks to access a paper mill.
Parking Lots
This was a new construction project. Several inches of base rock was added then graded and compacted, next 2 inches of hot mix asphalt after compaction was installed.
